1. Information We Collect

StorageFlow collects information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, company details, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our self-storage management platform, process payments, send service communications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and role-based access controls. Your data is stored on secure servers with regular backups.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@storage-flow.com.

5. Third-Party Services

StorageFlow uses trusted third-party services including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Vercel for hosting. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@storage-flow.com.

7. SMS and Text Messaging Data

When you opt in to SMS notifications during signup, we collect and store your mobile phone number, the timestamp of your consent, and the exact consent language you agreed to. We retain this information as an audit trail required by mobile carriers.

We use your phone number solely to send transactional SMS described in our Terms of Service, Section 10 — account notifications, payment reminders, customer care, and fraud alerts. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing, nor do we use SMS data for advertising.

Third-party processor: SMS is delivered via Twilio, Inc., our messaging infrastructure provider. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content solely to deliver messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement. See Twilio's privacy policy.

Opt-out and deletion: you can revoke SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message or by emailing support@storage-flow.com. If you revoke consent, we stop sending SMS immediately and retain your opt-out record indefinitely to ensure we don't message you again.
