Managing Unit Types and Units

Unit Types

Unit types define the size and pricing for a group of units. Go to Units in the sidebar, then click Manage Unit Types.

For each unit type, set:

• Name — e.g., "10x10 Standard"
• Width and Depth — Dimensions in feet
• Monthly Rate — Base price per month
• Climate Controlled — Toggle if applicable
• Floor Level — Ground, upper, etc.

Creating Units

After defining unit types, create individual units:

1. Go to Units and click Add Unit
2. Select the unit type
3. Enter the unit number (e.g., "A101")
4. Set the status (available, occupied, maintenance, etc.)

Bulk Import

You can import units in bulk using a CSV file. Download our template, fill in your unit data, and upload it from the Units page.
