Team Management

Invite team members to collaborate on managing your storage facilities.

Inviting Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select their role:
    • Admin — Full access to all features and settings
    • Manager — Can manage facilities, units, and customers but cannot change billing or team settings
    • Staff — Can view dashboards and process day-to-day operations
  5. Click Send Invite

Managing Roles

You can change a team member's role or remove them at any time from the Team settings page.

Team Limits

  • Pro plans include up to 3 team members
  • Enterprise plans include unlimited team members
  • The account owner always has full admin access
