Understanding Your Dashboard
The StorageFlow dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your business.
Key Metrics
- Occupancy Rate — Percentage of units currently rented
- Monthly Revenue — Total revenue for the current month
- Outstanding Balance — Total unpaid amounts across all tenants
- Upcoming Move-Outs — Leases expiring in the next 30 days
Quick Actions
The dashboard includes quick-action buttons for common tasks:
- Create a new lease
- Process a payment
- Add a new customer
- Generate a report
Facility Selector
If you manage multiple facilities, use the facility selector in the sidebar to switch between locations. All dashboard metrics update to reflect the selected facility.
