Managing Team Members

Team Management
Invite team members to collaborate on managing your storage facilities.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Select their role:
- Admin — Full access to all features and settings
- Manager — Can manage facilities, units, and customers but cannot change billing or team settings
- Staff — Can view dashboards and process day-to-day operations
- Click Send Invite
Managing Roles
You can change a team member's role or remove them at any time from the Team settings page.
Team Limits
- Pro plans include up to 3 team members
- Enterprise plans include unlimited team members
- The account owner always has full admin access
