Fractional Product Designer

We're looking for a fractional Product Designer to help refine and evolve StorageFlow's UI/UX. This is a part-time contract role (10-20 hours/week) perfect for an experienced designer who works with multiple clients.

StorageFlow is a self-storage management platform used by facility operators and their tenants. The product spans an operator dashboard, customer portal, marketing site, and white-label branded sites. We need someone who can bring visual consistency, improve usability, and establish a design system that scales.

What You'll Do

• Audit and improve existing UI across dashboard, portal, and marketing pages
• Establish and maintain a design system with consistent patterns
• Design new features as they move from concept to implementation
• Create responsive designs that work for office workers on desktops and field staff on mobile
• Collaborate directly with engineering (we ship fast)

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software
• Strong portfolio showing dashboard/data-heavy UI work
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Comfortable working asynchronously with a remote team
• Bonus: experience designing for blue-collar or small business audiences
